Epoxy Paint Singapore

Epoxy paint comprises of two liquid components – the epoxy resin and a hardener. These two components must be mixed together immediately before you will start with the application. Once applied, epoxies are tougher and more abrasion-resistant than ordinary house paints. Because of their chemical-resistant properties, we often use these epoxy paints in industrial facilities. However, we also apply them in some residential flooring.

Metallic Epoxy Paint

A metallic epoxy floor is quite simply a low yellowing epoxy, with a metallic pigment mixed within. It comprise of tiny, almost glitter-like pigments and epoxy resin which we pour onto the floor or substrate. Hence, these metallic pigments gather, separate, twist and turn to reflect light at different angles.

Eventually, the epoxy and metallic pigments hardens and give a three dimensional, swirly look. The installation technique is what determines the final look of the floor.
